wednesday, jan 26th, cafe cordiale, san fernando valley, sherman oaks, Cali,
all ages - free show.
14015 Ventura Blvd,
Early Jan to early Feb is a one month span
containing 4 entirely different performances. It starts with a semi-acoustic
full band return
to the Hotel Cafe (first time since recording the little live EP in July
and yes, we'll
have cello), Our 2nd jaunt to the OC this year (Gypsy Lounge), THIS time
bringing the
full rock set. It ends with our first invite to the big mainstage at House of
Blues... and
sandwiched somewhere in between is another acoustic visit to cafe cordiale.
These shows
are fun because they're lengthy, relaxed, requests are performed and of
course, it's all
ages and free. This particular gig, the week before the big House of Blues show
will also be
your only chance to pick up discount tickets for that looming mainstage
gig...
Come support Blue Meridian all month. Show the scouts what it's all about.

may
2005
thursday may 5. A bit ironic that
Donovan chooses to leave downtown Los Angeles and travel to Florida to
celebrate Cinco De Mayo. The real Mexican celebration will probably be taking
place back in Echo Park
on his Block. In any event, there's a Central Station-Blue Meridian heritage
thing happening. Yeah, so
it's happening again. By the time of the event, the club will have moved from
Central & Magnolia to a
much larger venue on Pine St. Showtime is 10pm. It's FREE for 18 and up.
Donovan will be followed
by Central Station Thursday night staple WILLTOWN. Don't miss this Sort of
Homecoming.
wednesday may 25, the Hotel Cafe, 1623 1/2 n cahuenga, hollywood, all ages.
An Hour long set of meridian. expect electric guitars, acoustic guitars,
mandolin, percussion, warm vocals,
storytelling, eyes welling. the HOTEL shows are all ages events (take
advantage of this now as they are closing in
on a long awaited liquor lisence). The Viper Room show of April primarily
featured tracks from the
Modern Rocking "Minerva". With the beginning of May comes the completion of the
introspective
"Avalon & Babylon & Me" and we'll be celebrating this achievment by performing
many of the
notable tracks from that forthcoming album. We hope you'll join us.
